Please join criminal defense lawyer Meanstreakmilewide as he discusses the legal implications of various forms of sex work including fetish work, traditional escorting (what is legally defined as prostitution), pornography, the rise of sugaring and pop-up strip clubs, and also the impact of SESTA and FOSTA on sex workers. Some of the topics covered will include: Dos and Don’ts when interacting with law enforcement;what happens when a lawyer needs to get involved (and how to avoid it!), and some updates on recent changes to laws that affect kinksters and fetish and sex workers.
