In this partner-oriented workshop, we’ll introduce some exercises and practices from yoga that can improve our connection and fun while tying. We’ll be discussing connection, flow, mindfulness and breathing. Tops are expected to be able to tie a single column tie without looking while tying. Please bring at least 2 lengths of 6mm (¼”) rope 25’-30’ in length and a yoga mat (can be shared by partners) or a heavy towel to help cushion your knees. Loose, comfortable clothes that you can move in (or strip down).
