If you’ve been in kink for any length of time, it’s likely that you’ve experienced or seen someone else experience drop. But what causes it? How is it treated, other than aftercare? And how can severe drop be prevented? In easy-to-understand language, this class explains these concepts and more. You will better understand your personal risk budget, be able to plan for an active kink life when you can’t afford to take lengthy periods of time to be in drop, better gauge the warning signs of burnout/severe drop before they happen, make more effective decisions about when, where, and who to play with, and pad your relationships against any unintended damage due to drop. This class covers event drop, drop for both sides of the slash, for singles and those in relationships, and special concerns for edge play.
