TES Presents – Self-Aftercare: Care and feeding of a wild bottom

Whether doing pick-up play or playing as part of a long distance relationship, useful self-care in the days, and sometimes even weeks, after an intense scene or weekend can be a challenge. Without the help of a partner, it can be a bit overwhelming to be the one in charge of putting yourself back together again. After years of being both in a long distance relationship and refusing to give up the intense play she loves, Madeline has picked up more than a few tips and tricks on self-aftercare. This class will focus on preparation, wound care, nutrition, and psychology to help get your back on your feet and ready to take on the next big scene.

Madeline is a trained scientists who loves to use her analytical mind and love of learning both in the bedroom and the dungeon. For the past 15 years, she has been very active in the Chicago, Minneapolis/St. Paul and New York communities, helping to run BDSM organizations, assisting with large-scale events, and teaching classes on various edge play techniques.
