This class may be viewed by any interested party who has not been previously banned from participating in TES sponsored activities and forums. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of others. The TES Board of Directors and its representatives reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive to the meeting. Repeated disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary action.

By participating in this webinar, you agree to the above terms.
I understand by completing this transaction, I agree that:
- I intend, by virtue of this purchase, to attend the class purchased by online means on the date specified.
- I understand that TES online classes take place on TUESDAYS and TUESDAYS only.
- I will provide a valid email address to which TES will email the link to the appropriate class 10-30 minutes before the start of the class, by which TES will have fulfilled the terms of this purchase. If I am a TES member, I am responsible for providing the same email address linked to my Membership in order to receive the member price.
- I am responsible for retrieving that link prior to the class and checking the viability of my internet connection, browser compatibility, and other user-end technical requirements for said class.
- I will pay the full fee for the class, regardless of any circumstances that cause the class to end early, cause the class to start late, or cause me to leave the class early, be late accessing the class, or not access the class after the link has been provided to me.
- I may request a refund should the topic of the class change 48 hours or less before the intended start of the class. In the event of changes prior to this, I understand that I may request my purchase to be transferred to another class of my choosing at a future date.
- I will address all technical or customer service issues regarding this class at membership@tes.org. If I contact TES outside of this email address regarding technical or customer service issues, I am not guaranteed a response and may not receive one prior to the beginning of the class. I understand not to contact TES via FetLife for technical issues.
I also understand that:
- TES is responsible for and will provide, to the email address I give when making this purchase, a link for the appropriate class 10-30 minutes before the class begins.
- TES is not responsible for mistyped email addresses.
- Upon the emailing of said link, TES has fulfilled the agreement made by this purchase.
- Neither DatingKinky nor TES is responsible for any issues incurred by slow internet connection, inclement weather, technology and browser issues, change of class less than 48 hours prior to the beginning of the class, or any other issues.
- TES will not record its online classes, but the actions of other attendees are beyond the control of TES. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with all TES rules, and TES will exercise to the best of its ability the enforcement of these rules. However, TES is ultimately not responsible for the actions and/or comments of other class attendees.
