Special Interest Groups
TES makes an effort to bring its members
a diversified program covering a wide variety of interests.
Our Tuesday night meetings cover topics
of general interest and Wednesday night programs cover special
interests.
Our Special Interest Groups (SIG)
include:
There are many reasons why we like bondage: control, beauty, or just because it feels good. Whether it's rope, leather gear, metal. pervertibles or a combination, every Bondage SIG meeting will explore practical and safe methods of restraint. Open to all - novices and more experienced.
Relationships Group
The Couples Group is for couples and individuals
who are part of a couple, triad, or more. Issues relevant
to and of ongoing relationships are explored.
The Dominant Men/submissive women SIG
group was the pioneer TES SIG group and has been in existence
for 15 years. This group was founded by Master Jim to support
and explore the ideas and needs of Dominant Men and submissive
women. We welcome everyone who has an interest in the sensual,
erotic, power exchange, and s/m dynamic that exists between
Dominant Men and submissive women.
You do not need to be in a relationship
to be a part of this group. We host many outstanding topics,
presentations, and exciting social activities throughout the
year.
Dom women/subMen supports
and explores the ideas and needs of Dominant Women and submissive
men. This group also hosts many outstanding topics and
presentations with a few outside social events. They
host Dominant Women Workshops throughout the year. We encourage
Dominant Women to attend.
Men's Group
The Men's Group is exactly what it says,
a men's group by and for men to network, socialize and share
knowledge and experience among fellow man in the BDSM lifestyle.
This group is open to all men, whatever their orientation.
Meets the second Wednesday
of each month.
This group is an open forum for new members as well as those
beginning to explore the BDSM lifestyle (scene) and it is
a place to exchange ideas. The leadership of these meetings
offers "guidelines" and an opportunity for exchange and exploration
of ideas. It is a chance for beginners to find responses
to their questions and feelings in a safe, comfortable, friendly
manner and place.
This meeting is open to
everyone.
The Queer Special Interest Group aims to strengthen ties between queer people
and their allies through creative programming and strong community involvement.
In our social and educational events, we will: provide space for queers and
allies to share ideas and experiences; promote queer leather presence,
perspective, and leadership within TES and the NYC pansexual scene; explore the
many possible facets of queerness; and look fabulous doing it.
Questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or to sign up for our low-volume email
